How long is my call with Santa?

The call will be approximately 8-10 minutes long.

Can I extend my call with Santa?

Each call is perfectly timed out so that Santa can talk to children all around the world. While there is no option to extend your call, you can easily schedule another call with Santa at a later time.

How much does a call cost?

Pricing will range between $35-$45 per call based on peak times/dates. Prices are subject to change.

How old do I need to be to schedule a call with Santa?

You have to be 18 years of age or older to schedule a call with Santa. If you are under 18 years of age, you must ask your parent or guardian to schedule the call for you.

What device can I video chat with Santa on?

Any device with a camera, browser access and a stable internet connection can be used for your call. However, we recommend either a laptop, desktop, phone, or tablet.

How many children can video chat with Santa?

As many as you’d like!

What if I accidentally leave the video chat?

Make sure you don’t end your video chat session by closing out of the session during your chat with Santa. It will be your responsibility to click the link sent to you and stay in the window during your selected time. If you have any questions contact us at support@chitchatwithsanta.com

What is the reschedule policy?

If you miss your session, it will not be rescheduled or refunded. However, you have the ability to reschedule your call up until 24 hours before your scheduled time. If you book your call within the next 24 hours, there will be no option to reschedule it.

What is the cancellation policy?

At this time, we do not offer refunds for call cancellation. However, you have the ability to reschedule your call up until 24 hours before your scheduled time.

What is the discount policy?

Discount codes are limited to one per customer per purchase and are good for a one time use only per customer and can only be used on full price experiences, unless stated otherwise. The discount codes have no cash value. Discount codes cannot be combined with other promotions. Discount codes are not retroactive and price adjustments will not be issued to orders placed prior to the start of any promotion.
